This blade is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. Constructed of metal, this item is made for use with the HPL52 Hand Planer. The blade is fastened into the blade carrier (with bearing assembly), allowing the operator to cut away rough wood surfaces. The blade is sold individually. A screwdriver and a socket set are often helpful in making the replacement.

Loosen blade holder allen screws. Remove blade holder. Separate the two blade holder pieces. Remove old blade, insert new blade in holder. Re-assemble.
