Bearing was completely gone in the end of the speed adjustment pulley and was eating away at the metal set screw.

Removed pulley and speed adjustment rod, knocked out old bearing race, installed new parts, everything fit perfectly just like the factory new. Adjusted speed adjustment arm and socket set screw. I do not think the planer has ever ran better.
