Ball Bearing BB-6204ZZ

Lowerd in feed and out feed table, removed cutter head.bering housing came off buy hand with a little effort. Used bering puller to get old bearings off.
Put bering in housing. Put cutter head in the freezer 10 degrees for two hours. Put bering and housing in front of heater heated up to 200 degrees.
I drilled a hole in a tru ... Read more e 2x4 that the shaft would fit threw. Tapped on the bering on the short end. Placed the other bering on the shaft put it threw the hole in the 2x4,placed it in the vice pressed the bearings on. Replaced cutter head.

Upper wheel is easy removed wheel (left hand thread) drove old bearings out with a long punch. Gently tap (outer edge) to drive new ones in. you could use a press but they go in easy.
