This is an original Hitachi replacement part. The handle assembly is designed by the manufacturer for use on a portable planer/jointer. This part comes with the feed grip and grip shaft already installed, and includes a washer bolt for attachment. It is used to adjust the height of the automatic feed table. You will require a wrench when replacing this item.
