Had to replace the field and armature. You need to both items,, don\'t try to replace just one as the new parts available are bigger than the original (type 1). Same size bearings just larger armature and field windings. Make sure the commutator is smooth. My armature had ding on and I had to polish it to remove the high spots make it smo
