This is an original DeWalt replacement part manufactured for use with planers. The screw is not an aftermarket imitation part. This pan head screw is used to fasten the plates on the top cover of the planer. The screw is sold as an individual replacement part.

I followed the installation instructions on the back of the blade packed, and they went in very easily. Installed the missing screw. The planer work just like a new one.
