This is a genuine OEM approved replacement screw set designed for use with Dewalt planers. These screws are used to secure the blade. This assembly consists of twenty four (24) screws and the torx T-30 screwdriver used to secure the screws.
About half the old screws came out with the allen wrench. The rest came out after I cut a slot and used a large screwdriver to remove the old screws. On the website these screws were listed for the DW735, I took a chance and hoped they would fit my DW734, they were perfect! Now the torx head should not round out like the old allen hea

1. Removed the planer cover to access the planer blades, removed the damaged blade holder and all other blade holders and blades.
2. Disassembled planer head from risers.
3. Removed carriage and associate parts and attachments.
4. Reassembled associated parts and attachments on to new carriage.
