1. - Removed base
2. - Removed existing and intact exhaust fan belt
3. - Removed broken main drive belt
4. - Slackened 4 screws that hold motor in place and move the motor forward in order to install drive belt. Install fan belt
5. - Using a brace (piece of 2x4) and 12\" clamp between the motor and the brace, tight en the clamp, drawing the motor back to its original position therefore tightening the belts.
6. - Tighten motor hold-down screws. Test
