Left-turn nut came loose resulting in drive pulley spinning off the key and breaking

1. Opened Delta planer casing (not easy)
2. Removed old (ruined) pulley
3. Replaced key, pounded new pulley (carefully using wooden blocks) into place
4. Locked pulley in place with left-turn nut
5. Rolled new belt onto motor and drive pulleys (also not easy)
6. Replaced casing, knobs, etc.

Pulley wheel had broken so needed to replace it and key.

Cleaned shaft up and had to file the key slot which was slightly damaged when pulley wheel broke. Placed key in slot and tapped new wheel on until snug. Went smoothly and I\'m back in business.
