Found on-line procedure for infeed roller along with Delta owners manual for out feed roller adjustment, job was fairly straightforward. 1. Take the cover off and raise the assembly.
2. The roller assembly, located underneath, has two mounts, one on either side. Take the two screws per mount off and drop the roller bearing. The roller will come free.
3. Replace the roller and reassemble.

Roller quit grabbing and slipped wood sporadically
I removed the top and both side covers. Removed the chain guard. I removed two retaining rings on the gear side of the rollers and removed the gears. I removed the retaining blocks on the opposite side and slid the rollers out. I had to loosen the gear side a little as well. I slid both rollers out and the new rollers in then reversed the

Lowered the rollers on a large block to hold them up while I tightened the screws.

infeed and outfeed rollers would not grip due to age
Removed covers, gear box with sprockets & chains , placed wood blocks under feed rollers & lowered the knife head to relax the spring tension. Removed the roller retainers & springs & installed the new rollers then reversed the procedure.
