Removed knife plates, cleaned all surfaces, lightly using emory cloth to remove some small amounts of rust. Replaced knives and plates that secure the knives.

Three torx bolts were stripped, so they needed to be replaced.
1. Ground off the head of the old screw.
2. Backed out the old screw
3. Inserted the new screw
