Removed the screws from the clamping jaws. Then removed the screws from the stop. Replace the blade holders and blades. Installed the rest of the parts back on. Making sure the blades were locked in and in place.The ordered parts arrived as scheduled, they were what I ordered, and I am very pleased with your service.
Remove the screws from the clamping jaw, then just loosen the screws on the pressure plate. You can pull the old blades out and install the new ones now. Make sure the blades are in the correct place. Then tighten the screws on the pressure plate, then install the clamping jaw.
loosened screws holding blade, pushed blade out of slot and inserted new blade. Tightened blade retaining screws. Plugged in power cord and tested planer. Works great!
Loosened 2 screws with an allen wrenches, slid the old, dull blade out, slid the new one in and tightened to screws back up. Very easy and works great now with sharp blades!
Remove first set of screws. Remove second set of screws and replace blades. Reverse retainer and screw process. Just a little tricky to align blades with big fingers.
