This item has been OEM sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with tubing cutters from Ridgid. The metal clips are used to secure a pin on one side of a part assembly. The clip can be used to secure the pin that the cutting wheel is mounted to. This item is sold as an individual replacement part.

Hello Randy, thank you for writing. Based on Model 118, the Cutter Wheel is 33185 and the Cutter Wheel Pin is 90857 and there are two E clips that go on either end 74740 ( sold individually). We look forward to hearing from you!
