Disappointed
I ordered 3 parts for my groover. Waited a month and a half when I was told thru an email 12 to 18 business days. When I received them, they where the wrong parts. I returned the parts but they wouldn't send me the correct parts unless I reordered them. I did ask if they would just send me the correct parts, but they said that was policy. The packing slip had the correct parts listed , but that's wasn't what was in the package. I asked if it was there policy to have a customer wait that long only to receive the wrong parts. They had the CC info and the correct parts listed, but they feel it is better to inconvenience the customer rather than themselves.
