Plate Retaining Platen 44-52-0960

I had originaly ordered several parts for my Milwaukee palm sander as it had broken down. Some were available and some were now obsolete. I was able to cross reference and see that some of the obsolete parts were listed on a newer model of a Milwaukee sander drawing so I ordered them. A few were not delivered and were on back order from Milwaukee. I was notified bt ERP and told of the situation and asked if I still wanted to wait. I said yes and many, many weeks later I was notified that they were on the way. The fellow I talked to on the phone was real helpful. I've ordered parts from ERP before and have always had a good experience. Great service, helpful sales people and fair pricing is all one could ask for these days. By the way, the parts I initially received had me up and running. The other parts were spare backup for down the road as I know what wears out on these sanders over time.
