Dewalt sander was used on a large project and the pad assembly was wore out
Removed the 4 screws holding the pad assembly on DeWalt sander
Removed the old pad and retainer end cap
Placed the new retainer in position
Positioned the pad, aligning the 4 holes and torqued the 4 screws down
