Oem Bocsh part but was for a different model of sander. Had to fab a custom mount so it will fit.

Removed screw in the old sanding pad
Replace the the new pad with the screw
Installed the cracked handle with the screw that was included

I broke the front handle when I dropped the sander, and the pad was pealing apart.

Took the old screw and broken handle off, and screwed in the new. Same for the pad, one screw holds it on. Allen wrench is stored in the handle of the sander, so really is very easy, less than five minutes and both new parts were on.
