I repaired the nailer for a friend of mine. He got it from someone who had apparently let it sit unused for a long period of time. Due to either the wrong lubricant used or just sitting unused for so long, the rings had swollen and therefore the firing valve and plunger did not work correctly. After noticing that this was in fact the prob lem. i ordered the parts, disassembled the nailer, cleaned it thoroughly with brake cleaner, blew out with compressed air, installed new rings and lubricated well, reassembled and tested. Operates as if new. Thanks Replacement Parts, you guys have provided me with parts for two nailers and a clothes drier so far, and I always receive the right parts very quickly. I tell everyone I know to check you guys out anytime they need any type of parts.
