This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced replacement part which is used in Senco nailers. Its purpose is to distribute the pressure evenly and provide an air-tight seal for the firing valve assembly. Over time seals tend to become brittle and may crack eventually requiring replacement to maintain peak performance. This part is made of durable rubber material and it is sold individually.
Disassemble the back all the way to get cylinder and piston out.
Replaced gaskets and O rings put all back together and Voile!!! Shooting nails like brand new!!
Remove the cap assembly
Remove and replace the worn seals
Clean and oil the inside of the gun
Replace the top cap
