The pad for the bar to engage the driver was missing
Just slide on the no mar pad. Took about 1 minute. Ordered several of them as we have several of these nail guns and our local Senco rep. can\'t place and order until it reaches $50. Got mine in 3 days and as I said, I ordered several of them as the shipping was the same for 1 or 10.
