This is a genuine Senco replacement part, it is sold individually. The No-Mar Pad is attached to end of the safety to prevent the material that it is being used on from getting marred or dented by the safety arm. It is a advisable to have one or two extra pads on hand as they do have a tendency to crack and deteriorate over time.

This part, Senco #HF0079, looks much different from the original in overall shape and color, but it fits the SFN1 securely and perfectly. The web site does not tell you this, and if you search for part #HF0002, you will be told the part is no longer available (and no substitutions are suggested). But this is a good substitution, and requires no compromises or modifications.
