The retainer goes between the spring and the guide body. This is an authentic Senco replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer for use with finish nailers. It is made of plastic and is sold individually. A set of pliers may be needed during the replacement of this part. It will need to be replaced if it becomes broken.
