Product Description

?

This is a genuine Senco replacement part, it is sold individually. The No Mar Pad Contact is attached to end of the Safety assembly to prevent the material that it is being used on from getting marred or dented by the Safety assembly. It is a advisable to have one or two extra pads on hand as they do have a tendency to crack and deteriorate over time. And get lost.

Open the seal kit and lay the parts out separately on a clean towel. Then dismantle the nail gun, laying the old seal and o-rings next to the new ones on the towel. You may have to tap the top of the main housing with a soft mallet to release the cylinder. While you have it apart, it is a good time to clean it inside and out. Start instal ling the o-rings and seals, lubing them after they are in their correct place. Install the rest of the new parts where they went. Then simply press the no-mar pad on the safety. Put a few drops of oil in the air inlet, and you should be good to go.

its very easy to simply slide the safety assembly into the hole and guide on either side of the feed throat of the nailer. then you just tighten the screw and its all set. I bought my nailer from a pawn shop and the previous owner had for some reason removed the safety on it as well as the tip. easy fix. great website
