This item has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with pneumatic finishing nailers and staplers from Senco. The metal spring is part of the magazine assembly and is used to put tension on the feeder shoe to move nails toward the nose of the nailer. This spring is sold as an individual replacement part.
