This authentic OEM sourced component which is specially made for use with Senco staplers. It is the part of the tool that drives the staple into the material that is being used. These assemblies do have a tendency to bend or break if not used correctly or if you are driving nails into an extra hard material. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty part that was installed on a new unit. To help extend the life of your pneumatic tool, use the specified oil in it daily, 4-5 Drops will do every time you use it. Please make sure to refer to the owner's manual and the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct repair procedure.
