This replacement seal is a high quality OEM sourced item that is specially designed for Senco nailers. It is used to provide a tight seal between the cap assembly and the firing valve. Please note this part is made from durable hard rubber material and it is sold individually. Replacing this seal you will need a hex key which is also called an allen wrench.

Finish nailer leaking air

Remove head assembly. Remove old seal.. Clean area with clean rag. Replace bad seal with new. Reassemble.
And done...test with nails and works great!!

Nail gun would not \"FIRE\"

1. Removed the top cover of the gun
2. Identified the parts needed and ordered them
3. Once received removed the pieces of the old parts and cleaned the top half of the gun
4. Installed the new parts and reattached the top of the gun
5. Check for proper operation of the tool.
6. Oiled the gun as required

Need to replace all Oring and gaskets , also trigger assembly

Disassemble the back all the way to get cylinder and piston out.
Replaced gaskets and O rings put all back together and Voile!!! Shooting nails like brand new!!

Removed the defective seals
Installed the new ones
Cleaned and oiled the internal parts of the gun

Unscrewed the allen screws that were holding the cap on. Removed and replaced the worn seals. Replaced the top cap.

Removed Top cap, cleaned all the parts, replaced defective seal and retainer, then lubricated all
moving parts before replacing cap. Tested and nailer operates properly with not leaks.

Removed the four screws holding the cap on. Removed the old seals, replaced with the new ones. Cleaned the inside of the gun and oiled it. Then put the cap back on.
