This is an OEM replacement part for use in Ryobi nailers and staplers. The valve shaft attaches to the drive cylinder and is made of plastic. When replacing this item a screwdriver may be needed. It might break over time and will need replacing. This part is available as an individual replacement.
Dis-assembled completely. Examined parts: damaged seals and broken \"valve shaft\". Ordered parts. Assembled nailer with new parts using silicone grease on seals and light oil on sliding parts. Tested. Action is now more vigorous but cycle is still not consistent and stops in mid-cycle after several trigger pulls with the same fault c
