1. remove 4 screws using Allen wrench. Do them a little at a time. And move to opposite screw
2. pull off \"butt\"
3. remove collar with flatblade screwdriver
4. install new collar
5. put \"butt\" back on
6. install and tighten 4 screws. Tighten them a little at a time. And move to opposite screw.
