This part is an OEM sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in Ridgid coil roofing nailers. The retainer attaches to the nose piece and is made of plastic. This is a very small part and will need to be replaced if it becomes lost. During the replacement process, a wrench may be needed to help replace this item which is available as an individual replacement part.
