The o-ring fits between the compression spring and the head valve piston. This item is available as an individual replacement part. This part is an OEM from Ryobi, Ridgid, and Husky for use in nailers. An allen wrench might be needed during the installation process. It is made of rubber and will require replacing if it becomes broken.
