DeWalt 18 ga nailer
The nailer was purchased a couple of years ago. When I finally tried to use it, it would not advance the nails. further inspection found that it was missing the "pusher". I ordered it through ReplacementParts and received it quicker than expected. It was not easy putting it into the gun but I now have a very usable tool. 5 stars to ReplacementParts (and 1 star to DeWalt for shipping a faulty gun!).
