This is an authentic Porter Cable replacement part manufactured for use with finishing nailers. The rubber pad is commonly used to provide spacing and cushioning between the end cap and the exhaust deflector. This rubber pad is sold as an individual replacement part.
Removed the top cover from the nail gun. Removed the broken parts from the cylinder. Installed the ordered parts per the very detailed assembly drawing from the web site.
