Easy fix
Parts were shipped quickly but it took over a week for me to get them because of the USPS. The parts were correct and installation was easy. After removing the housing cap I saw that the gasket was missing. I haven't disassembled the stapler before so not sure why it wasn't there. Now the shipping would cost almost as much as the gasket so I'll continue to use it without.
