This is an authentic Max component which is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with handheld nailers. The part is utilized to provide a tight seal for the cylinder cap. Unfortunately, over time it may wear out, get compressed and begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement. To ensure the proper repair procedure, check the appropriate diagrams for your model. Keep in mind it is made of durable material and is sold as an individual item. A screwdriver will be needed to replace this cylinder cap seal.
