Wait time too long for parts.
Part ordered is fine, I don't have an issue with that. My issue is with the 3 weeks delay in getting this part. This is the second time I have ordered parts from eReplacementParts where after ordering, I get notification about the time the part should be arriving, that it is not available and it will be another 2 or 3 weeks. If you did not have the part available in the first place, your website should have said it was not going to be available for 2 or 3 weeks during the ordering process. I would have looked for other suppliers who had the part in stock and immediately available. Not everybody has the flexibility of waiting 2 or 3 weeks to get their equipment operational again.
