Slow service
Parts were not available and took forever to receive. I had to go to a local repair shop to get my tool repaired so I could use it again. This other shop ordered the same parts from the manufacturer and got them the next day. Ereplacements gave me some song and dance about waiting on the parts from the manufacturer. I won’t be using this supplier for any more products. If I could give no stars I would, because they aren’t quick about any service except taking the payment from your bank account immediately. Highly disappointed.
