The piston bumper fits between the cylinder o-ring and the nail guide shaft. This part is made of plastic and is sold individually. This genuine item is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Hitachi nailers. A nutdriver and an allen wrench may be necessary during the installation of this part. It will need to be replaced if it becomes broken.
