This is a genuine Hitachi replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with pneumatic nailers. The metal end cap connects to the bottom of the handle and is used to connect the air plug assembly. The cap is threaded and screws into the handle and a hex socket wrench may be needed to install this item. The cap is sold individually.
