This is a genuine Hitachi replacement part, this item is sold individually. The purpose of this Piston Bumper is to keep the piston from hitting the bottom of the cylinder and damaging it. Because this part get so much abuse it has a tendency to crack and fall apart. If you see and parts of this bumper falling from your nail gun, it is definitely time to replace it.
