Removed nailer cylinder cover cleaned and blew out, installed seal and piston stop .

Rear seal on my roofing nailer was leaking

I removed the top of the roofing nailer and located the broken seal and removed it. Then cleaned out the internal part of the nailer. Then installed the new seal. Before I put it back together I oiled the inside of the nailer. Then installed the top cap. Shoots like new again.

After opening cylinder head I used spray can of brake parts cleaner to thoroughly flush cylinder of all oil and debris.
