Product Description

?

This is the constant force spring, also known as a pusher spring assembly, designed for use in various nailer nail-feeding mechanisms. Nailers, also known as nail guns, are essential tools for quickly and efficiently driving nails into materials, and this spring plays a critical role by attaching to the nail pusher to advance nails from the magazine to the driver. A clear sign that this spring needs replacement is if your nail gun fails to feed nails properly or does so inconsistently. To ensure the longevity of your nail gun and reduce the frequency of repairs, it is important to use the appropriate nails and perform regular maintenance. Replacing this spring is a straightforward process. Start by removing the magazine, disconnecting its securing screws and nuts. Take out the pusher from the magazine and slide the old spring off the pusher. Install the new spring onto the pusher, making sure it is properly seated. Then, reinstall the pusher mechanism into the magazine, ensuring that the top knob of the spring aligns with the notch in the magazine slot. Finally, put the magazine back in place and test the nail gun performance.
