This is an authentic OEM part for nailers and staplers made by Bostitch. The piston ring helps to seal the combustion chamber and fits between the check seal and the piston/driver assembly. It is made of plastic and may require a screwdriver or a wrench to replace. This item is priced individually.
Take top of nailer off revealing broken piston bumper stop. Clean top area and inner cylinder; apply light coat of oil to lubricate. Replace piston ring; and install piston in slot. Put top back together and test nailer.
