This is a genuine replacement seal ring supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer. It is a commonly used item on Bostitch nailers. This plastic part fits over the piston to provide an air tight seal. Over time seals would deteriorate and crack allowing for air leaks. Please note this item is made out of rubber material and it is sold individually.
