This compression spring is an OEM direct from Bostitch. The metal spring is designed for use with several Metal Connector Nailer models, and is sold individually. This item is fitted in the movable nose follower of the nose assembly, providing the needed tension. A hex key and pliers are helpful with the removal and replacement.
