This blade cover is available as an individual replacement part and helps to secure the blade to the device. It goes between the flathead hex screw and the adapter. The cover is made of metal and will require an allen wrench if it needs to be replaced. This genuine item is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Milwaukee 12-volt multi-tools.
