Ordered from Canada....

Very easy to order online (from Canada) however; had to laugh when we received each individual screw in a separate bag when we ordered a dozen. But then, that could just be the best way to ship them I guess? The order took a month to arrive, not sure why but when I could not access the tracking information I emailed the customer service and by the time someone responded back the items had arrived. Other than the delay of 3 weeks, if we don't need the item in a hurry, I would order again.
