Embarrassing. Was using Dremel multi tool and blade flew off. Found blade but couldnÆt find screw and washer which secure blade to tool. Ordered new screw and washer. When went to use new screw and washer discovered old screw and washer still in tool. Never looked there. Evidently the screw worked loose enough that the blade slipped ... Read more
