2. Remove screw on assembly lever.
3. Remove and replace lever.
4. Install new screw and replace screw cover.

1.part came in the mail.
2. spent time looking at the part.
2b. looked for info on repair...wasn\'t any.
3. took off the dremeltool nose. had to buy the tool because i couldn\'t find my torx set.
4. the locking ring was rusted shut. forced screwdriver blade in ... Read more and kept prying and spraying PB blaster until the rust quit. Figured out the inclined plane fit only one way.
5.held tool upside down. when it fit I installed the screw and lever. Spent several minutes rejoicing.
