1. Do not attempt to run a wet tool. Disassembled tool to dry it out. The screws are located at switch end and drive head. Have to remove brushes before pulling drive head and armature.
2. Dry with hair dryer carefully. Rub down with WD40.
3. Reassembled tool and found speed governor did not work.

5. Removed damaged speed governor and install new one. Simply pulls out by hand. Reinstall wires and external cover.
