The part on the very front of the mixer that says "Kitchen Aid" it screws on and off to attach different attachments. I would like to buy that part. How do I do that?

1. Opened packaged
2. Placed cap in large housing hole (where you attach i.e. meat grinder, or other attachments)
3. Inserted Thumb screw on the side of the cap housing
4. Tightened thumb screw
